[ all too well - she's been separated from those she cares about far too many times in her life. It's nobody's fault, but that doesn't change how painful it is. ]

That's quite enough of that. [Rose is smiling, and keeps it gentle; the last thing they need is a host of people taking blame for things outside of their control.] You're here now.

[ she gives Rose her best confident nod; she's right. She's here now. There's no use feeling bad about it any longer. If Rose doesn't mind, neither will she. ]

When I have had reason for a roof and slightly less than four walls, yes, I've...camped in here, I suppose. It feels familiar, if safety is questionable.

[She wanted to use her bed and it's as good a place as any to hide her aches from others.]

I see... [ a pause; then a rather sad-looking smile. ] ... Somehow, I'm glad. The thought of everyone splitting apart is really lonely...

Morgan has also been absent. [Both, as a matter of fact. A shadow almost visibly crosses her face at the thought.] I had fear and apathy to keep me company.

[Also known as Pitch and Ange, but, really, the word game and the hint of bitterness she can't erase matter more than Ada's lack of conversational reference.]
